Outstanding room, complete with promotional photos, a double bed plus open bathroom facilities. Unbeatable and particularly good location so close to the garden and Nether Oslands.

There are comfy and cosy rooms with open bathroom facilities, a single bed, as example. The apartment has nice and absolutely perfect just off the river, the shared garden and the train station.

I stayed here for 1 night. Coffee/tea makers, refrigerators, and glassware were good to have. Had cosy rooms to myself with promotional photos as well as open bathroom facilities.

I was really happy during my stay here and I'll definitely come back next time. The location is awesome. It's so convenient being close to the ferry, the beach, and the pub. Plus, there are some great local bistros nearby! 🏖️

I stayed 2 nights and didn't want to leave. Everything was perfect, felt happy. The location was stunning as lovely place for a wedding ceremony. Moreover, it was in nice area handy to have a meal in the pub though.

We had a fantastic Easter getaway! The room was beautifully decorated, with lots of attention to detail. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we enjoyed a good night's sleep. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and stunning walks along the river. The highlight of our stay was definitely the heated pool, which was a great size and provided the perfect opportunity to relax and cool off. We also appreciated the friendly and welcoming hosts, who made us feel right at home.

While our overall experience was great, there were a few minor negatives. we would have liked some coat hangers to hang our jackets.

The setting of Nether Oslands is exceptionally nice and absolutely perfect. It's just a short walk to a pub with good food, Bistro8 restaurant, and the Portsmouth ferry terminal.- I received a warm welcome from the host.

Convenient location near family. Lovely views and walks along the River Hamble. Friendly and welcoming hosts. Newly decorated property with high standard furnishings. Delicious breakfast in the garden by the pool. Nice pub nearby for good quality food. Will definitely return.
